6. The last method for losing weight is to eat an apple before each meal because the fruit contains lots of fiber which slows down the process in which food leaves your stomach and goes into your intestines, so that way, you will eat less food each time.

7. Another way of losing weight is to count the calories of your meals because it helps you become more aware of what you are eating and how many calories are in it.
