For example, you eat by 12 pm, before you can eat again is 12 am. Although, the method allows one to eat light fruits and snacks. Whereas, it is suitable for individuals that have enough fat in their bodies.

Whole Day Method

The whole day method is strongly recommended for losing weight. It requires fasting for a whole day which maybe once or twice a week. It is not advisable to adopt this method on a daily basis because of long eating hours. Therefore, if you choose this method, make sure you have the necessary requirements in other not to be confused or bored.

Time Frame Method

This is the best method of fasting for weight loss. It requires setting the time at which you are comfortable to fast. It might be 3/4hrs and it might go beyond that. The time frame pattern can be adopted by everyone, unlike others which are restricted to a certain set of people.

Furthermore, the health status of some people would not allow them to perform this action. They include; diabetes, eating disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and others. Those that are suffering from these diseases mentioned would not be able to do it. This is because it is dangerous to their health.
