Abdominal wall muscle fitness can be defined as the ability of a teenager’s abdomen to contract strongly when pressure is applied to it. This force can be measured with the help of a specialized device called a vajicarana.


Teens who are preparing for muscle fitness need to start by introducing a variety of cardiovascular and weight training exercises into their daily routine. This will strengthen the heart and lungs, reduce excess body fat and improve fitness levels.
